The 142nd Wing out of the Portland Air National Guard Base will conduct Veterans Day flyovers for ceremonies at locations around Oregon.

An F-15 Eagle fighter jet will fly over the Douglas County Fairgrounds Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. It will be approximately 1,000 feet above ground level with an airspeed of about 400 miles per hour. The flight could be canceled or the flight time changed due to inclement weather or operational contingencies.

Jets will also flyover The Dalles, Albany, Tillamook and west of Portland.
