A Roseburg man was cited after allegedly stealing a beer on Thursday night.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 10:00 p.m. the 50-year old returned to a market in the 1900 block of Northeast Stephens after being previously trespassed. He fled on foot after reportedly stealing the beer. Officers contacted the suspect down the street and cited him for first degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft.
