ROSEBURG HAS RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE WEDNESDAY

Roseburg had a record high temperature on Wednesday.

Information from the National Weather Service said the mercury reached 77 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport. The previous record high for the date was 76 degrees, which was set in 1975.

Medford also had a record high, getting to 77 degrees as well. The previous record high for the date was 73 degrees set in 1949.

A chance of rain and much cooler temperatures are slated to begin Thursday.
