Myrtle Creek Elks Lodge #1943, in partnership with AVIVA Health is sponsoring“Operation Warm & Cozy” to help veterans. A release said the effort is taking place to provide veterans at the VA Roseburg and local assisted living facilities with new cotton socks, zip and pullover hoodies, sweat pants, new handmade lap blankets, caps and scarves and toiletries.

Those items and cash donations can be dropped off before December 15th at all AVIVA Health locations, Main Street Eatery, the Happy Donut, Mid-Town Grill, Stylz & Cutz, Tractor Supply, and at the Elks Lodge. Donations can be picked up as well.
