A Roseburg man was jailed after allegedly resisting arrest on Saturday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 10:25 a.m.22-year old Jacob Chafee was contacted on the second level of the downtown parking structure on Southeast Rose. The report said three people had called in saying the suspect was acting erratically. He was found to have two warrants for his arrest. When officers tried to take him into custody, he reportedly resisted them. After a brief struggle, he was taken into custody.
Charges include resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer, second degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and for the warrants. He was held without bail.
