Two people were cited for offensive littering by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

Information from RPD said at about 10:00 a.m. the pair, a 36-year old woman and a 48-year old man was contacted sleeping under the bridge under the Interstate Five overpass on Bellows Street, after multiple complaints from Roseburg High School.

The report said there was trash and belongings strewn about everywhere on the ground and in the bushes. The woman was also found to have two warrants for her arrest. Both were released after being cited.
