Roseburg Police cited a man for first degree criminal trespass following an alleged incident Tuesday afternoon.

A report from RPD said just before 4:00 p.m. the 40-year old suspect reportedly entered the victim’s apartment in the 500 block of Hillside Drive without permission. The report said the suspect was looking for items the victim allegedly had. The resident told the suspect to leave, but the man continued to search the apartment for a couple of minutes. While the search continued, he allegedly pushed the resident.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
