A Roseburg man was jailed following an incident at a store on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said just before 12:30 p.m. 25-year old Matheau Newton-Clark allegedly went inside Walmart on Stewart Parkway after punching several cars in the parking lot. The report said the man was confronted by several employees and told to leave the property, but he refused. The report said the man caused a large disturbance inside the store and also chest bumped an employee.

Newton-Clark was charged with harassment, and second degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $6,250.

The arrest was the only item listed on the Roseburg Police log for Monday.
