DOWNTOWN ROSEBURG NEEWOLLAH PARADE GOES VIRTUAL

October 20, 2020 10:50 a.m.

Like everything else, the 52nd annual Neewollah Parade in downtown Roseburg is happening differently this year.

A release from the Roseburg Town Center said the group will now host a virtual costume parade for all ages. Participants can submit a photo of their creative Halloween costume at: https://woobox.com/6hfa7v through Monday October 26th. The release said all approved submissions will automatically be entered to win one of ten grand prizes, announced on Halloween. A gallery of all entries will be displayed online so everyone can see each other’s Halloween creativity.

In addition to the virtual costume contest, on Friday October 30th, parents can bring kids by the Roseburg Town Center office at 612 Southeast Jackson, Suite 2 to pick up free trick-or-treat bags. They are available on a first come, first serve basis for the first 2,000 kids. Social distancing protocols will be in place and those who come, need to wear a mask.
