A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass early Thursday morning.

Information from Roseburg Police said at 4:00 a.m. the 49-year old was spotted sleeping in the stairwell in the 400 block of Southeast Jackson. The report said the man had previously been trespassed from that location.

He was released after the citation was issued.
