On Wednesday, Roseburg Police jailed a man for a past alleged assault.
A report from RPD said on October 9th, officers responded to a disturbance at a home in the 2300 block of Chinaberry. The report said that during an argument, 26-year old Grant O’Neill allegedly pushed the victim to the ground outside the residence. She cut her hand and bruised her knee on some large rocks.
The report said the suspect wasn’t located that night. Wednesday afternoon he was located and detained on the charge of 4th degree felony assault. O’Neill was held without bail.
