A Roseburg man was cited for harassment following an incident early Saturday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at 4:00 a.m. officers responded to the Stewart Parkway bridge off of West Harvard, regarding a suspicious medical aid call. The report said during the incident the officer found that a 32-year old man had allegedly thrown rocks, striking a female victim. The man was also found to have a warrant out for his arrest.

He was released after being cited.
