Roseburg Police jailed a man for allegedly selling methamphetamine on school grounds on Tuesday afternoon.
An RPD report said at about 4:00 p.m. 31-year old Rodolfo Loera was contacted at Rose School on Roberts Avenue, after he reportedly arranged to meet someone there and sell the drug. The man was allegedly found in possession of 9.5 grams of meth.
Loera was charged with unlawful delivery of meth within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful possession of meth and for a warrant that was out for his arrest. He was held without bail.
