A Roseburg man was jailed for second degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police on Monday morning.

Information from Roseburg Police said just after 11:00 a.m. multiple people reported that the 31-year old was walking in the middle of the road in the area of Southeast Stephens and Southeast Douglas. The man was allegedly slapping cars as they drove by.

The suspect was detained on $2,500 bail.
