The American Red Cross still has an urgent need for blood donations to prevent another blood shortage. Those who are feeling healthy and are able to donate, are urged to make an appointment as soon as possible. Blood drives this week include:

*Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the LDS Church on Northwest Glenhart Avenue in Winston

*Thursday from 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Elks Lodge on South Main Street in Myrtle Creek
