A Roseburg man was cited after shattering the window of someone else’s vehicle on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 6:40 p.m. a 41-year old transient was alleged to be highly intoxicated when he became enraged with a female victim. The report said he got out of the vehicle which parked at the Umpqua Valley Arts Center on West Harvard, and punched through the window of the victim’s vehicle. The suspect cut his hand badly and had to be transported to Mercy Medical Center for treatment.

The man was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and was released after the citation was issued.
