A Roseburg man was cited for two counts of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and for third degree theft, on Thursday.

A report from Roseburg Police said the 29-year old had allegedly stolen items from two vehicles that were parked in the same driveway in the 400 block of West Umpqua. The report said the suspect left his phone inside one of the vehicles. When he came into the police department to pick it up, he was given a citation for the incident.
