Roseburg Police cited a man after he allegedly did not return a vehicle after a test drive.

A report from RPD said at about 6:30 p.m. on Thursday,  Lithia Auto Sales reported that a customer had not brought a vehicle back, after what was supposed to be a 30-minute test drive. The vehicle had been taken at 5:15 p.m. Officers located the car and cited the 31-year old suspect for unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was then released.
