Both drivers were cited were a two-vehicle wreck in Roseburg Tuesday afternoon.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 12:15 p.m. a 25-year old man was traveling north on Stephens in the inside lane, near the intersection with Channon. A 48-year old woman was traveling north in the right lane on Stephens. The report said the first driver did not see the second vehicle next to him and changed lanes directly into the passenger side of the other vehicle.

The second driver reported head and neck pain and was taken to Mercy Medical Center. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and had to be towed from the scene.

Both drivers were cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure of a previous violator to file. The driver who caused the accident was also cited for an unlawful lane change.
