WOMAN CITED IN DUII INCIDENT

A Myrtle Creek woman was cited in a DUII incident early Tuesday morning.

A report from Myrtle Creek Police said at about 2:25 a.m. the 40-year old was stopped near the intersection of Weaver and Aviation. The suspect consented to field sobriety tests but was not able to complete them due to her level of intoxication, according to the report. At the MCPD, the woman provided a blood alcohol level of .21, nearly three times the legal limit for intoxication.

Charges included reckless driving, DUII and having an open container. She was released to a sober adult.
