The Roseburg Public Library is now open on Wednesdays.
Director Kris Wiley said the facility will be open every Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. That is in addition to being open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Wiley said drive-up pickup service for physical materials continues every Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Patrons should use the designated parking spaces near the main entrance and call the number on the sign to have books delivered to a vehicle.
Wiley said many procedures have been implemented due to COVID-19. Paid library staff members deliver all public service. Returned materials are quarantined for up to one week. Six public computers are available with people limited to one-hour sessions if others are waiting to use the computer.
