215 NEW CONFIRMED AND PRESUMPTIVE CASES OF COVID-19 IN OREGON AS OF THURSDAY

The Oregon Health Authority reported 215 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19 in Oregon, as of Thursday.

That means the state’s death toll remains at 521.

The new cases include:

*43 in Multnomah County

*29 in Washington County

*28 in Marion County

*23 in Lane County

*14 in Jackson County

*11 each in Clackamas, Linn and Malheur counties

*7 each in Deschutes, Jefferson, Klamath, and Umatilla counties

*3 each in Columbia and Yamhill counties

*2 each in Benton, Grant and Polk counties

*1 each in Clatsop, Douglas, Hood River, Morrow and Tillamook counties

The Oregon State Public Health Laboratory resumed normal operations on Wednesday after a three-day closure caused by HVAC problems and related to poor indoor air quality. The lab is once again accepting and testing specimens.
