Due to smoke hazards and poor air quality, the Northeast Winchester Avenue pavement improvements scheduled for this weekend in Roseburg, have been postponed.

The road will remain open this weekend. The contractor working for the City of Roseburg will regroup next week and a new schedule will be determined.
