A Roseburg man was jailed on a menacing incident on Thursday night.

A report from the Roseburg Police said victims and witnesses reported that 37-year old Edward Green was holding a syringe in a threatening manner while arguing about being asked to leave the premises of a business in the 100 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.

Green was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and for menacing. He was detained on $56,250 bail.
