A Roseburg transient was cited for outdoor burning in Gaddis Park early Thursday morning.

Information from Roseburg Police said at 5:45 am. a 52-year old man had a fire going in his camp under some tarp material and very close to the bushes along the bank. The fire was extinguished.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
