COVID-19 has claimed 3 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 497 as of Thursday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 187 new confirmed and presumptive cases, bringing the state total to 28,654. The new cases include:
*35 in Marion County
*33 in Multnomah County
*27 in Washington County
*16 in Malheur County
*12 in Clackamas County
*9 in Yamhill County
*8 in Jackson County
*6 each in Josephine, Linn and Umatilla counties
*5 in Lane County
*3 each in Coos, Clatsop, Jefferson, and Union counties
*2 each in Klamath and Deschutes counties
*1 each in Columbia, Hood River, Lincoln, Morrow and Wasco counties
The new deaths ranged in age from 56 to 82. One each lived in Lane, Malheur, and Multnomah counties.
