Three people were cited for drinking in public, by Roseburg Police on Tuesday. Information from RPD said at 11:00 a.m. the group, ranging in age from 40 to 68, were contacted at Riverside Park on Southeast Spruce, and were allegedly found to be in possession of open containers of alcohol.

They were released after being cited.
