Roseburg Police cited a 41-year old man and charged him with second degree assault on Sunday.

An RPD report said just before 5:00 p.m. officers responded to a business in the 100 block of Garden Valley Boulevard, regarding a male causing a disturbance inside and outside the location. Several people reported the man had made threatening statements and charged at them. The suspect was identified and was cited and released.
