A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass and for drinking in public by Roseburg Police on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 3:30 p.m. the 30-year was observed drinking a beer at the former K-Mart store on Stewart Parkway. The report said there were multiple “no trespassing” signs in the area.
