COVID-19 CLAIMS 1 MORE LIFE, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 482 AS OF MONDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 1 more life, raising the state death toll at 482, as of Monday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 154 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 28,190. The new confirmed and presumptive cases include:

*29 in Multnomah County

*26 in Washington County

*19 in Marion County

*16 in Clackamas County

*9 each in Baker and Jackson counties

*8 in Yamhill County

*7 each in Lane and Malheur counties

*5 each in Polk and Umatilla counties

*3 each in Linn and Jefferson counties

*2 each in Benton and Douglas counties

*1 each in Columbia, Deschutes, Lincoln and Tillamook counties

Oregon’s 482nd COVID-19 death is a 78-year old woman in Lane County who tested positive on August 27th and died on September 5th at her residence. She had underlying conditions, according to the OHA.
