Roseburg Police cited a man for a felony count of driving while suspended, on Thursday.

Information from RPD said at about 11:20 p.m. the 55-year old was contacted during a traffic stop near the intersection of Northeast Edenbower and Northeast Stephens. He was released after the citation was issued.
