A Roseburg woman was cited for theft after leaving her purse inside a vehicle she had allegedly been rummaging through on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said about 4:00 p.m. the 20-year old had reportedly entered someone’s pickup while it was parked near the 1400 block of Northeast Stephens. After the owner contacted police, the suspect was identified due to leaving her purse behind.
