Oregon State Police jailed a man after an alleged physical altercation on Friday morning.

An OSP report said the suspect and the victim were contacted at around 10:25 a.m. along Interstate Five northbound near the Myrtle Creek exit. 34-year old Nicholas Hutton was charged with strangulation, recklessly endangering another person, and for harassment. Bail was set at $15,000.
