Roseburg Police cited a woman for improper use of 911, early Friday.

A report from RPD said at 1:40 a.m. the woman called 911 four times in a two-hour period, on a non-emergency matter, despite being warned about doing so.

She was contacted in the 100 block of Zeus Lane and was released after the citation was issued.
