COVID-19 has claimed 9 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 447 as of Friday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 301 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 26,054. The new cases include:
*72 in Multnomah County
*43 in Marion County
*37 in Malheur County
*27 each in Clackamas and Union counties
*20 in Umatilla County
*14 in Jackson County
*10 in Lane County
*9 in Morrow County
*7 in Deschutes County
*5 each in Linn and Yamhill counties
*4 each in Coos, Klamath, and Lincoln counties
*3 each in Douglas and Jefferson counties
*2 in Union County
*1 each in Baker, Benton, and Josephine counties
The new deaths ranged in age from 29 to 97. 2 each lived in Umatilla, Malheur and Multnomah county, and 1 each lived in Marion, Washington and Polk counties.
An outbreak of 25 cases of COVID-19 has been reported at Milgard Windows and Doors in Washington County. The case count includes all persons linked to the outbreak, which may include household members and other close contacts to an employee.
