A Roseburg woman was cited for third degree theft and harassment, by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at about 3:00 p.m. the 39-year old allegedly ordered food at Ami Sushi and then left without paying. The report said the owner confronted her outside and asked her to either pay or stay and talk to the police. The woman reportedly shoved the man out of the way and left.

She was located a couple of hours later and was given a citation and then released.
