A disturbance led to two men being cited by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

A report said at about 4:30 p.m. officers were called to a business in the 200 block of Southeast Stephens, regarding the incident. During the investigation, officers learned that a 21-year old man had allegedly shoved a 30-year old man to the ground. Both men had failure to appear warrants.

Both men were cited and released.
