Proposals are being accepted for cafeteria food service and management services at the Douglas County Courthouse.
A release from the Board of Commissioners said if selected, the firm or individual would provide meal service options to patrons and employees of the courthouse and Justice Building, utilizing the existing Douglas County Justice Building cafeteria space.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1st, at 10:00 a.m. in the cafeteria. Interested parties must attend that meeting in order to submit a proposal. Those planning to attend should read the bid documents prior to the meeting. After the meeting, those who want to bid should submit the required solicitation documents and turn them in to the Douglas County Purchasing Manager by September 23rd.
