Roseburg Police cited a 27-year old man on multiple counts, following a burglary at Splitz on Diamond Lake Boulevard on Friday.

An RPD report said in the early morning hours, officers responded to a burglary in progress at the business. Officers were eventually able to identify the suspect as 27-year old Robert Kemp.

Kemp was contacted that evening around 9:30 p.m. for both the burglary and another incident. Charges included second degree counts of burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and theft. He was also charged with third degree theft.

Kemp was cited and released.
