A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass three times in a few hours on Friday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 3:00 p.m. a 59-year old man was contacted at Abby’s Pizza on Northeast Stephens. Employees said the suspect had been hanging out near the patio of the business for most of the day and had previously been trespassed. Employees said the man was continuing to cause issues with customers. The man was cited and then released.

At about 6:30 p.m. officers again contacted the man at the same location regarding a trespassing complaint. He was cited and told to leave the property. At approximately 7:15 p.m. the man returned to the property and was cited and released again.
