A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass by the Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

The report said at 11:30 a.m. the 59-year old was contacted following a trespass complaint at Abby’s Pizza on Northeast Stephens. It was also discovered the man had a failure to appear warrant from Roseburg Municipal Court.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
