A Roseburg man was cited three times in thirty hours between Friday and Saturday.

Reports from the Roseburg Police said 59-year old Larry Linderman was trespassed at Pro Motors on North East Stephens on Friday at about 11:00 a.m. The report said when employees told the suspect to leave, he threatened to burn down their homes and kill their families. The report said he made the same threats to an officer. He was cited for second degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

At about 7:00 p.m. the man was allegedly yelling obscenities and throwing trash around at the Lil Pantry on Northwest Edenbower. The man refused to leave after being asked to do so. The report said Linderman told employees he was going to kill them and continued to cause a scene. He was cited for second degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and for offensive littering.

Saturday night at about 7:30 p.m. he was arrested in the 200 block of Garden Valley Boulevard after more than ten reports came in regarding the man’s “tumultuous behavior” around various businesses. Linderman was cited for second degree disorderly conduct and for drinking in public. The man was released as the jail would not allow him to be taken there.
