A report from Roseburg Police said at just after 9:00 a.m. a 31-year old woman and a man were involved in a physical disturbance. A store employee reported seeing the woman punch the man several times, in front of their young children. The report said the man drove away but the woman allegedly ran after the car and punched it as the man was driving.
