COVID-19 CLAIMS 5 MORE LIVES, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 333 AS OF TUESDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 5 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 333 as of Tuesday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 342 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 19,699. The new cases include:

*61 in Umatilla County

*57 in Multnomah County

*33 in Malheur County

*29 in Washington County

*23 in Marion County

*21 in Clackamas County

*17 in Jackson County

*15 in Yamhill County

*13 in Jefferson County

*12 in Lane County

*11 in Morrow County

*8 in Deschutes County

*5 each in Douglas and Columbia counties

*4 in each Polk and Union counties

*3 each in Benton and Coos counties

*2 each in Baker, Harney, Klamath, and Tillamook counties

*1 each in Josephine, Clatsop, Crook, Linn and Wasco counties

The new reported deaths range in age from 87 to 96. 2 lived in Morrow County with 1 each in Yamhill, Clackamas and Malheur counties.
