A Roseburg man was cited for first degree theft on Monday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at 4:30 a.m. a report came in that two bicycles had been stolen from the 400 block of Umpqua. One was valued at $3,500 while the other was valued at $3,000 according to the victim. The victim spotted a 23-year old man riding one of the stolen bikes.

Police contacted the suspect and arrested him. One of the bicycles was recovered.
