A Roseburg man was cited for pan handling under a no trespassing sign on Wednesday.

Information from RPD said at around 12:40 p.m. the man was seen at a business in the 500 block of Garden Valley Boulevard, where he had previously been warned for trespassing.

He was cited for second degree criminal trespass and then released.
