MAN CITED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A Roseburg man was cited for second degree disorderly conduct following an incident on Tuesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 5:30 p.m. the 59-year old allegedly asked the victim for money as he was leaving work near the corner of Stephens and Oak. The report said when the victim declined, the suspect became irate and began threatening to kill the other man and his family. The suspect continued the threats and the victim was unable to get away from him, according to the report. Eventually the victim had to punch the suspect to get separated from him.

The suspect was also given his second City Exclusion notice when he was cited.
