A Roseburg man was cited after eating and not paying for the food, on Tuesday morning.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 6:00 a.m. the 44-year old was contacted inside the lobby of Holiday Inn Express on West Harvard. The report said the suspect has previously been trespassed from the property multiple times, including for a similar incident just a few days ago.
