A Roseburg man was cited for reckless driving on Saturday afternoon.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 1:15 p.m. a 19-year old man pulled his vehicle into a car wash at the corner of Ward and Walnut. A woman had several carts in the way of the vacuum. The report said the two people argued briefly before the man used his vehicle to push the carts away from the vacuum. The woman was trapped between two carts and her arm was pinched, causing her arm to swell.

The man was released after being cited.
