A Roseburg man was cited following an incident at a bank on Wednesday.

Information from the Roseburg Police said at about 1:15 p.m. 55-year old Steven Birdsell reportedly refused to leave the US Bank on Stewart Parkway and then spit on an employee,

The report said officers contacted the suspect in the lobby and he refused to leave, then resisted arrest. Charges included harassment, second degree criminal trespass and for resisting arrest.
